Retrospective! I hardly got a chance to listen to the Retrospective LP I found and then loaned to a friend some years ago. I bought the CD with the same beautiful cover that was on the LP. I just wrote a note for this guestbook and put down an entirely wrong date for seeing the Buffalo Springfield perform in Tucson. I said it was is 1963 or 64. It was actually 1967 or 68. Sorry. I was and still am and great fan of the Buffalo Springfield and had to priviledge of sending you all perform in a baseball field in Tucson, Arizona in 1963 or 4. After you all performed, I somehow wandered behind the stage and asked Neil Young where he got that beautiful leather jacket with the long fringe on the sleeves with beads on some of them. He rushed by and answered "A friend made it for me." Then I wandered to the area on the other side of the stage and stood with a group of people watching The Young Rascals perform. As it turned out, you were there watching them perform too. You turned to me and said, "They're great, aren't they?" I agreed and we all continued to enjoy their performance. I thought at that time how brusque Neil was with me and how human you were by contrast. Thanks for treating a fan as another music lover, not a bother.
