I never stop playing 'I am Sure' and my wife and I particularly care for 'Deep Within my Heart' what a PC solo eh? I think the Lord has blessed you with a great balance between spiritual and secular music but maybe the joy you bring to the songs makes it all the same - joyful! I know deep down in (forgive me ) you feel a bit unackowledged for all your work in Poco. If you ever read the notes to THe Eagles Greatest Hits - the white small boxed set under 'Peaceful Easy feeling' Glenn says that 'they (poco) were the band I wanted to model us after.' That' and the rest of the section are surely some small acknowledgement. It would heal a lot of wounds (Rusty's?) if the Eagles invited Poco to do a gig with them sometime. Unlikely but interesting? Anyway you'always seem full of good vibes when you play - the Lord has surely blessed you in so many ways. You've always been a person that I've liked. Me & my wife saw Poco play at Northampton,Pa. in 1990 and I was very excited to see you. When Poco was on stage, you weren't there. Later, Rusty said "They asked you to play but he said you were happy to stay home and preach. Now, like you, I've been born again and I understand. Recently, I saw you were going to perform with Poco at somewhere in NJ. I'm handicapped & don't drive a car, but I told my wife and she said she doesn't have any days that she can take off from work and this would be about a 3 hour drive for her and she's not fond of long drives, and I understand. But after being born again, now I can see why you were always my favorite performer. God was using you to show me faith. So, now, I know, if God wants us to meet, we will. Like I said, God was using you to get me to join Him.
